Documenting a Day
Utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint were all very simple and easy to use. I would say I had the easiest time using Word because I had the most experience with it and PowerPoint because of how intuitive and easy to use Microsoft has made it. The functions of Microsoft Word make it very easy to achieve whatever type of formatting you want. Everything is clear and there is even a search bar to help with finding an option that you cannot locate. Everything is refined and after using it for so many years, I have become extremely familiar with Microsoft Word. Microsoft Excel is something that I haven’t used too much. I took a brief course to go over the basics over a year ago, so I was familiar with the basic instructions the assignment made me do. There is still lots of options that I am not familiar with but I look forward to learning more in the future. I cannot really give a good opinion on using Microsoft Excel because I am just unfamiliar with it, but from a beginners perspective, it is pretty easy to use. Microsoft PowerPoint is extremely easy to use. I have also a good amount of experience using it in the past and over the years I have noticed its updates and I believe it is at its best now. There were suggestions that it gave me that made it easier to have more creativity with my presentation. Microsoft Word is useful in almost every scenario. Almost everyone has used Microsoft Word at some point to type up an essay. Microsoft Excel is used in most office places to keep track of budgets and numbers, it is recognized as the standard for crunching numbers. Microsoft PowerPoint can be used to create presentations to present new ideas. I have used PowerPoint for every single presentation I have done in school or at work.
